Service terms
Last updated: 1 July 2026
Bucurie Digital provides ethical advisory support for digital identity protection, account hardening, recovery planning, and evidence organization. The service does not include hacking, bypassing security, unauthorized access, or guaranteed account recovery.
You must not share passwords, authentication codes, recovery codes, private identity documents, or payment card details through the contact form. You remain responsible for decisions made on your accounts and platforms.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Recovery Guidance is a starting deposit for case-dependent work. Any additional scope should be agreed separately before further work is carried out.
Advice is provided in good faith based on the information you provide. Platform decisions, account recovery outcomes, and third-party security responses cannot be guaranteed.
You must only request help for accounts, data, and situations where you have lawful authority or consent. Requests involving unauthorized access or misuse may be refused.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bucurie Digital is not responsible for indirect losses, platform decisions, account suspensions, third-party actions, or outcomes outside its control.

These terms are a practical starting point and should be reviewed by a qualified professional as the business grows.
